Ink Coffee
Keith Herbert of Ink Coffee commissioned Tal to build a version of the Quasimodo for two of their Denver stores. This Modified Rancilio Classe 8 features a fresh water heat exchanger thermo syphon on the lever group right between the two traditional automatic groups. This machine is a favorite with both Ink's baristas and customers.
